Tuesday 30 September - Mad Hatters' Tea Party, Auckland
Join us for a fabulous afternoon quaffing bubbles and biscuits whilst overlooking the Waitemata Harbour at The Wharf, Northcote Point. Spectacular prizes will be under the hammer including celebrity painted tea plates and generous hampers from some of our sponsors. Guests will also be invited to paint their own tea-cup and take it home with them. The event will be MC'd by BCAC spokesperson April Ieremia who will be joined by a host of friends from the world of media.Dress code is Mad Hatter's so please come wearing your most magnificent millinery (AKA hats). Tickets for the event are strictly limited, at $20 per ticket or $200 per table of ten*. To apply for your tickets click here.

Wednesday 1 October - The 31 Heroes Website www.31heroes.co.nz
To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 31 brave Her2 positive women will be telling their stories. The website takes its name from these 31 Heroes. The new site is an excellent networking tool providing support and information for New Zealand women diagnosed with Her2 positive breast cancer. A new Hero and her story will be featured every day throughout October beginning with Herceptin campaigner and Heroine Anne Hayden.The site has been created to provide a forum so that women can share their experiences, seek advice and help one another through one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Wednesday 1 October – Tim Tam Pink Party / Launch of ‘Pink October’ Tauranga

  • Pink morning tea at Bravo Restaurant and Bar, Mid City Mall
  • In conjunction with Boobops Dragonboating team
  • Funds raised for Breast Cancer Aotearoa Coalition
  • 10am start

Thursday 2 October - Mad Hatter's Arnott’s Tim Tam Pink Tea Party at Riccarton House, Christchurch
Join us for a fabulous afternoon quaffing bubbles and biscuits in the elegant surroundings of Riccarton House. Surrounded by lawns, mature trees, gardens and native bush, and bordered by the River Avon, the House enjoys the elegant setting of a bygone era. During the afternoon spectacular prizes will be under the hammer. Guests will be entertained by a three piece Jazz Band and will also be invited to paint their own tea-cup and take it home with them.

Sat 11, Tues 14, Wed 15 October – Medex Golf Tournament at Mount Maunganui Golf Club

  • A Tauranga Breast Cancer Support Service event
  • Prizes donated by Sew Hot Monograms

Saturday 11 October - Pink Ribbon Charity Ride, Clevedon
Raising money for BCAC, this 65km or 40km bicycle challenge ride will be great fun! Have your workmates or friends sponsor your ride for this worthy cause. Sunday 12 October - Kick up your heels Arnott’s Tim Tam Pink Tea Party at The Function Room, Nick Smith's Electoral Offices, Nelson 
Maxine Cook, BCAC’s very own Herceptin Rider, is thrilled to announce the Kick Up Your Heels! Arnott’s Tim Tam Pink Morning Tea. It’s happening at the Function Room at the Hon. Nick Smith’s Electorate Offices, 544 Waimea Road, Annesbrook, Nelson on Sunday 12th October from 10.00am till noon. A delightfully sinful morning tea will be on offer, plus the chance to win goodies in our raffles and spot-prize draws.  Maxine has a passion for shoes.  She will be displaying a selection from her wonderful, 300-pair collection, and will personally donate a fabulous prize for the guest who turns up wearing the “Most Amazing Shoes!" Sunday 12 October – Papamoa Beach Walk

  • 4km beach walk commences in front of Papamoa Surf Club at 11am
  • Gold coin donation, spot prizes
  • Satellite event “Femmes, Families & Friends” organised by Fran Fuller
  • Funds raised for Tauranga Breast Cancer Support Service

Tuesday 14 October – Papamoa Pink Tea Party

  • Fundraiser for BCAC
  • 12 noon at St Pauls Church, Dickson Rd, Papamoa
  • Entertainment, raffles, spot prizes

Thursday 16th October -The Hamilton Pink Walk for breast cancer awareness will be held around the Hamilton Lake starting at 5.30pm. For details please visit www.pinkwalk.co.nz. Registration is $5 for adults and children under 14 years are free. Wear something pink! Proceeds benefit the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust.

Saturday 18th October - Putaruru Think Pink Partaay.
Three enthusiastic Putaruru women - Annie Waterworth, Anne White and Natalie Pompey - are organising a huge fundraising event for the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust on Saturday 18th October, 630pm – 2am. The "Putaruru Think Pink Partaay" will be held at the Putaruru Plaza and District Services Club with MC Kerre Woodham. The venues will be joined by a marquee and decorated completely with pink balloons. Tickets cost just $50, and all funds raised will be donated to the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust. This will be fantastic night, with great entertainment (including a 9 piece band), amazing raffle and auction prizes and the only stipulation is that you wear something pink. The whole town of Putaruru is behind this event and they are expecting around 600 - 800 people. Putaruru is turning the town pink - including the beer! Free buses will run from Hamilton. Sunday 19th October - Louise and Libby's BCAC Fundraising Tea Party
5 Fitzroy St, Ponsonby, Auckland at 3pm. $10 entry donation at the door. Auction, Guess-the-Bra-Owner Contest, Raffles, Bubbles, Food. Please bring your friends and family and lots of cash, chequebooks and credit cards to help raise money for this fabulous cause. See you there! View the party pdf.

Wednesday 22 October – ASB Fun Walk Tauranga

  • Main fundraising event for Tauranga Breast Cancer Support Service
  • Starts 6pm at Masonic Park, The Strand
  • $5 entry

Wednesday 29 October - Feel the Spirit Pink Walk 2008 (Rotorua)
Come join this family walk to raise awareness and funds for local breast cancer support group Aroha Mai. The 3.2 km fun walk starts at 6pm. Start and finish location is the Village Green via Lakefront and Sulpur Point. There will be prizes for the Most Outstanding Outfit, a Team Prize and Spot Prizes too.
