Breast Cancer Support (BCS) AGM - new date!
Where: Domain Lodge, Auckland Cancer Society, 1 Boyle Cres., Grafton. Parking is available.
When: Thursday 30 April. (Note the AGM has been re-scheduled from its original date of 23 March 2015.)
Guest presenter - Jeanne Wright
The meeting will be followed by a presentation from Certified Essentrics Instructor Jeanne Wright who will talk about this exercise programme and how it can help women recovering from breast cancer. A combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and dance, Essentrics is a dynamic stretching and strengthening programme that unlocks tight muscles and increases flexibility. Essentrics creator Canadian Miranda Esmonde-White had breast cancer herself and has created routines designed to benefit breast cancer patients.
BCS do need your support for this meeting so please go along to enjoy an evening with them and their guest Jeanne Wright. Light refreshments available.
