The Viva Vintage High Tea Party combines a high tea experience and a chance to dress up in vintage clothing, while having a scrumptious afternoon tea and supporting the work of Breast Cancer Aotearoa Coalition (BCAC). Organised by Charlene Barnett in memory of her twin sister, Moana Papa, all proceeds will go to BCAC. Moana was a long time committee member of BCAC and was our guide, mentor and active leader in our ongoing efforts to improve health outcomes for Maori and Pasifika women with breast cancer.
Along with entertainment by live singers, musicians and dancers, there will be spot prizes, event raffles and auctions to raise as much money as possible.
Counties Manukau Cancer screening information will also be available.
So get your frocks and dancing shoes ready for the vintage car parked in front of the hall for great photos.
