The Annual ACB PACIFICA Breast Cancer Walk and Breakfast on October 8 was just one of the events the organisation has held throughout this year. It was truly a gathering that brought about awareness, support and fellowship. The morning was also a chance for them all to celebrate and remember their champions. The overwhelming turnout of nearly 200 and radiant smiles at such early hours of the morning was another reminder of just how much they have to be thankful for. All who were able to make the morning event made it a memorable one and embraced the essence of what the morning was all about.

What is PACIFICA Auckland Central all about?

www.pacifica.org.nz

ACB is focused on four key leadership priorities to support, develop and encourage Auckland’s Pacific women: youth empowerment, economic enablement, cultural heritage and holistic (physical, mental, spiritual) well-being. We come together for fun, to socialise and network, to celebrate our successes and to strengthen contributions to our work, families and communities. Branch meetings and a mixed range of activities are held throughout the year including the Leadership Dinner Series, mini conferences, workshops, health and wellbeing awareness campaigns and fundraisers, and cultural events.

They want you to join them. For enquiries about membership and further information please email acb.pacifica.branch@gmail.com
