Busting With Life welcomes breast cancer survivors from across the Auckland region. There are no age restrictions and you do not need to have any previous experience with dragon boating or any other sport. For 22 years and counting, Busting With Life Dragon Boat Team has participated in dragon boat racing to make a difference, to raise awareness of breast cancer and to encourage those living with it to lead full and active lives.
And, while making a difference in the wider community, members have competed locally, nationally and internationally, enjoyed new and sustaining friendships, gained from enhanced fitness and had endless fun. Just think FUN! FITNESS! FABULOUS!
The Auckland Dragon Boat Association are holding Give-it-a-Go days in October and team members from Busting With Life will be on hand to show you the ropes.
Come along and have a try on Sunday 18th October and Sunday 25th October.
