Busting With Life dragon boat team had a very successful Regionals competition on the 14th March at Lake Pupuke Auckland, winning bronze in the 200 m and 500 m races and a gold in the 2 km.

As with sports all over the country, lockdown caused a premature end to their season this year but they're looking forward to getting back together as soon as possible to start training for the new season.

It’s an ideal time to come and give dragon boating a go; Busting with Life is based in Auckland and they are seeking new members. They would love to welcome you into their team to enjoy fun, fitness and friendship.

An event they’re looking forward to being a part of is the International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission Dragon Boat Festival being held at the end of March 2022 at Lake Karapiro, Cambridge. More than 4500 international paddlers aged between 20 and 80 will take part.
