Look Good Feel Better’s (LGFB) next online men's class is Tuesday 11th August at 6.30 pm with inspirational guest speaker Dion Nash.
LGFB have run two successful classes to date, and have plenty of space in the upcoming classes that they hope you are able to help us fill. Their classes are for any man, at any stage of their cancer treatment. These 1-hour classes are run online, using live video software Zoom. This enables any man to be able to join our classes, from anywhere in New Zealand, from the comfort of their own home.
About the speaker
A former NZ cricketer, Dion needed to protect his skin whilst playing in the harsh outside environment. He has since developed a natural, clean and ethical men’s skincare range, Triumph & Disaster. He will share highlights of being a Black Cap, and practical tips to protect and care for your skin as you undergo treatment. Dion has kindly donated some of his skincare products to be included in the kits that LGFB send to participants attending his class.
The class also still includes LGFB trained facilitators providing practical advice and tips to care for your skin, hair, body and mind as you undergo treatment. The participants will receive a pack of specially selected donated skincare & toiletry products.
