YWCA Encore Programme Commences - Greymouth
BCAC member group, YWCA Encore, runs a pool-based exercise programme for women with breast cancer. The programme is designed to restore mobility, flexibility and confidence through gentle exercise. This is a free eight week course brought to you by the YWCA.
